1. How to Track Your Order

Check Your Email
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send a shipment confirmation email containing:-
Your Order Number

Your Tracking Number

A Tracking Link to the carrier’s website

Use the Tracking Link
Click the link in your email to visit the carrier’s tracking page. Your shipment’s current status and delivery estimate will be displayed. -
Enter the Tracking Number Manually
If you prefer, go directly to the carrier’s site (e.g., UPS, DHL, FedEx) and enter your tracking number in their “Track Shipment” field.
2. Tracking Information Delays

Processing Delay: It may take up to 24 hours after shipping for the carrier’s system to update with tracking information.

Still No Updates? If you haven’t received tracking details within 24 hours of your shipment confirmation, please contact us.
3. Shipment Status Definitions

Label Created: We’ve generated your shipping label; the package is waiting to be picked up by the carrier.

In Transit: Your package is on the move between facilities or hubs.

Out for Delivery: The carrier has your package and will deliver it today.

Delivered: Your package has arrived at the specified shipping address.
4. Common Tracking Questions

My tracking says “Delivered,” but I haven’t received my package.

My tracking shows a delay. What should I do?
Delays can occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues. You can contact the carrier directly with your tracking number or reach out to us for assistance.
